TOPIARY HOUSE

House and retail located in a residential area. The curtain wall made by surrounded planting topiary. The thickness of planting will change the distance between the residence and the environment. Proposal to create an interior space design by topiaring the surrounded plants.
住宅地に建つ住居兼店舗。生きている植栽でグルッと囲みトピアリーして外壁にする。植栽の厚みにによって外との距離感を変えていく。積極的に植栽を手入れすることで内部空間をつくっていく提案。

GREEN CURTAIN HOUSE

Residence with the retail in suburbs. We designed the distance between the residence and the enviroment with plants. Closed residential courtyard floor, Opened rooftop with views over the distant, and retail that invite guests from any direction in the plant shade.
郊外に建つ店舗と住居。植栽で住宅と周辺環境との距離をデザインした。周辺と関わりを持たない閉じた中庭型の住宅階、遠くまで見渡せる開放的な屋上、木陰からお客を招き入れるリテールをつくる。

LRT化に伴い緑や野鳥が乗りあう穏やかな駅にする。ホームに座って雑談出来るような、ゆるい駅を目指した。

Interior design for an office. First, I've randomly layout the plants that are usually placed in an open space. By giving the key role of furnishing to these plants, the installment of desks and bookshelves will be done with comfort.
オフィスの内装設計。通常余った場所に置かれる観葉植物を、一番最初に床に植える。そのランダムに植えた植物がデスクや本棚の位置をゆるやかに決めていく。

A three-family home in a suburb. Children wishing for a high ceiling, and parents requesting a compact residence. I've removed ventilation openings from an insecurity wall by imagining a castle standing in forest.
郊外の3世帯住宅。高い天井が欲しい子供と、コンパクトな住まいを求める親家族。セキュリティに不安を感じる壁面に開口は設けない。自然の中に建つお城のような住宅を想像した。
